These Are bosses that I found to be really hard or take special preparations.
I will be adding more bosses later and changing strategies.
Star Ocean 3
Fayt + ???
For this fight you will want to have your defense to be over 3100 as well as having partial spell blocking. If his partner is Sophia, you will want to have fire defense or fire absorption. This will make the fight really easy.
Lenneth
You will want to have a defense of at least 3500 and protection against wind and earth. This will make the fight really easy.
Ethereal Queen
You will want to have a defense of at least 4000. If your defense is that high you will have an easy fight. Her attacks are easy to dodge and she has no spells, so you can avoid most attacks. The only attack you really have to look out for is Celestial Star. You can just stun her out of it.
Freya
Fayt can get his defense to over 5000 and still have protection against wind and earth. You just need to get him to level 255 and have 8 Atk/Def + 30% on his weapon and one fully refined Boots of Prowess as an accessory and Blazing Pendant with Wind and Earth Absorption at least. This will make him unable to take damage if he doesn't use minor attacks. Use can also do the stun trick with Maria. It requires you to have lots of stun items and have magnetic field and energy burst. Magnetic field to long X and energy burst to long O. You stun Freya then get out of her range use magnetic field and cancel bonus into energy burst.

Sephiroth
This is a one on one battle (Sora vs. Sephiroth). You will want to have Aerial Dodge and High Jump at level 3 and some level of Glide. Good keyblades to use are Ultima Weapon, Circle of Life, and Sleeping Lion. You may want to put elixirs in your item slots. Other recomended abilities are retaliating slash, horizontal slash, combo boost, leaf bracer, second chance, once more, trinity limit, MP haste, MP rage, aerial recovery and finishers. Attacks to look out for are descent heartless angel and meteor shower. You will know when he will use it, because the screen will darken and he will say descent heartless angel. Then all you have to do is hit him before he finishes say it. Meteor shower will happen when the screen darken and meteor will start falling. Glide, high jump, aerial dodge, and aerial recovery.
Final Fantasy VII
Emerald Weapon
Have only the person alive with this setup. You can put the underwater materia on someone else. Knight of the Round (KotR) linked to HP Absorb and CMD Counter linked to Mimic. Summon KotR and sit back and you will win in under 20 minutes.
Ruby Weapon
Have the only person alive the one with this setup. KotR linked to HP Absorb and CMD Counter linked to Mimic. Summon KotR and sit back and you will win.
Final Fantasy VIII
Omega Weapon
The easiest way to win is to use Selphie's The End limit break. Otherwise, you will want to get three characters Str, Vit, and Spr to 200+ and HP to 9999. You will also want heros, holy war drink, and or Rinoa's limit break Invincible Moon as well as aura or aura stones. Aura Squall and any other character you want to have use limit breaks and then make them invincible and let the limit breaks fly. Also if your characters' levels are a multiple of 5 junction death to their status def or that character will die at the beginning of the fight.
Final Fantasy IX
Ozma
The party you will want is Zidane (Thievery), Quina (Frog Drop and other Blue Magic), Freya (Dragon's Crest), and Eiko (Phoenix and Healing). To max out Thievery just keep stealing stuff. To max out Frog Drop catch frogs and level up Quina. To max out Dragon's Crest defeat dragons. Also have Gaurdian Mog on Eiko as well as 99 pheonix pinions. This will make it so Phoenix might save you if you die. Phoenix pinion are pretty common to get in the Chocobo Hot or Cold game.
Final Fantasy X
Greater Sphere
You will want to have three people with their celestial weapon completed (You will probably want either Tidus or Wakka as one of the three). Use armor with these abilities (Auto-Potion, Auto-Protect, Auto-Haste, and Auto-Phoenix). Set all three peoples overdrive setting to comrade. Have at least 50 X-potions [No POTIONS OR HIGH POTIONS (The characters will use these instead of X-Potions and not be much better off as X-Potions will fully heal them] and max out on phoenix down (you probably won't need any but just in case. GS (Greater Sphere) will counter any physical attack with Ultima (It will deal around 1,000 damage with 255 Mag Def). Pray should heal back most if not all of the damage. Ultima will fill up the gauge a little each time. When someone other than Tidus/Wakka can complete Tidus's/Wakka's gauge entrust to them. Have them use their overdrive on their next turn, however make sure you have at least 6,000 HP on everyone as GS will counter with Hydrolic Press dealing around 4500 damage to the whole party (If all of your people are below 9500 HP Aut-Potion should activate. The good news is it will give all characters around half of their gauge thus making it easy to use another overdrive. GS should go down after two or three overdrives with 255 Str.
Neslug
After Half of his life is gone he will go into his shell and regain life. Wakka's Attack Reels are your best bet in this fight, otherwise doublecasting Ultima is about your only option. You must destroy his shell before he has recovered all of his life back or he will come back out his his shell and you will have to start all over again.
Nemesis
Have Yuna in your party. Haste everyone and keep doing Quick Hits until Yuna's last turn before the bosses, then summon an aeon to take the hit for you. If you have Nova (Armageddon) done on you, you will lose unless you are auto-lifed since it does 99,999 damage to your party even at 255 def and mag def with auto-shell and auto-protect.
Final Fantasy X-2
Angra Mainyu
You want to keep the Arms gone or he will unleash an attack that can deal 5000+ damage. The Arms will regenerate. Other than that keep attacking the main part. Catnip and Trigger Happy work really well.
Chac
This boss is actually easier Oversouled. When it is oversouled, it will not use Heaven's Cataract which can break the damage limit on everyone. It will stone you and then take you out of the fight before you can unstone them (stoneproof and ribbon do not work). If you have 3 catnips you can put them on everyone and just trigger happy Chac to death.
Trema
Catnip is your best friend. You will want a Mascot (or Dark Knight if you don't have Mascot). Your Mascot/Dark Knight must have over 9999 HP. Keep your Mascot/Dark Knight well over 9999 and make sure at least two people are alive when he casts meteor or you will die due to combos.
